Purpose

The evidence and inference framework is the quality-control layer that prevents the product from becoming generic AI flattery. It ensures that every major profile claim is traceable to user-provided material or explicitly labeled as inference.

Evidence Categories

CategoryDefinitionExample
Direct StatementThe student explicitly said it.I usually organize group projects because no one else does.
Behavioral ExampleThe student described an action or repeated behavior. In three roles, the student documented processes.
External FeedbackThe student reports what others say about them.People come to me when plans are unclear.
Repeated PatternA theme appears across multiple answers.Coordination appears in work, clubs, and academics.
Inferred PatternThe system interprets likely meaning from evidence.Likely operational orientation.
UnknownEvidence is insufficient.Management appetite not shown.
