  • Proceed to productized MVP if recognition and usefulness scores exceed 8/10.
  • Refine positioning if conversion is weak but satisfaction is high.
  • Refine workflow if completion is low.
  • Do not build SaaS if willingness to pay is weak.
  • Do not pursue university sales until user-level satisfaction is validated.
